Our unitized framing system is a cost-effective solution that reduces the time to fabricate, assemble, glaze and install. Factory-fabricated and glazed units make it easier to meet tight construction schedules, reduce field labor costs and moderate the demand for job site equipment.
Unitized construction accelerates installation while minimizing disruption to the surrounding area making it an exceptional choice particularly in urban areas or where space is limited.
This system is well suited for cases where there is a large volume of prefabricated unitized panels required, where there is a constraint of work space at site, where higher performance is needed (for wind loads, air/moisture protection, seismic/blast performance), for taller structures, and more regular conditions for panel optimization.
Our Semi-unitized curtain wall system is a type of curtain wall which has the combined features of stick curtain wall and unitized curtain wall. All components of semi-unitized curtain wall except grid material including mullion and transoms are fabricated and assembled into unitized sub-frame panels at our production facilities, and then delivered to construction sites to be fixed on grids of mullion and transom during installation.
Since the Semi unitized curtain wall system is fabricated in the factory under controlled conditions it offers the advantages in terms of quality and timelines for fabrication and installation.
Our Conventional Capped Curtain Wall (Stick-Built) systems are optimally used where the required volume is relatively low and there are many complicated conditions. The lead times for these systems are much shorter as compared to Unitized System for fabricated materials to be delivered to the site and allow for less up front staging.
Since the installation takes longer to complete on-site and also need a significant amount of space for installation and storage of material on the site, this is more suitable where volume is relatively low and storage space is not a constraint.
Our Structural Glass Assemblies also known as Suspended Assemblies or Spider Glazing Systems have high impact visually. We utilize our extensive experience in sourcing proprietary spider fittings and often high performance large sized glass.
Since, structural glass assemblies do not have the benefit of movement joints or seismic receivers like a conventional aluminium framed curtainwall, special consideration are given by our design team while considering building movement, live load deflections and environment loads such as wind and seismic. For structural (frameless) glass systems we have numerous realized projects with glass fins, tension rods and pre-stressed cables.

Our Railing System is precisely engineered to meet specified design criteria ensuring that the project specifications and architect’s design vision are realized without compromise. All of this is accomplished through the coordination of a dedicated team of designers, engineers, fabricators and installers.
External cladding is used in spandrel areas and on columns. It scores in a number of ways over conventional painting including aesthetics, its protection against weather elements, relatively lower maintenance which is achieved by a mere regular washing, ability to reduce water absorption into the building, providing resistance to pollution and increasing the mechanical strength of a structure. It further provides thermal insulation and reduces the temperature variation inside the building and improves the acoustic. With its varied finishes (rough, finished and polished) cladding can transform a dull and a lifeless structure. In our projects we have worked with different dry cladding options including metal, composite panels, stone and laminates.
Our projects also include the design, fabrication and installation of Louvers which can also be provided with motorized control. The louvers can be designed in varying depths and a wide array of blade configurations and can be finished in standard or custom colors.
Our Louvers have exceptional air performance characteristics and offer the best protection under severe weather conditions. Aesthetic requirements can be met through the choice of one of our many blade and mullion options. In many projects louvers are used to increase aesthetic appeal.
